- Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about a product, we accept returns within 14 daysof receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging.
- Non-Refundable Items

- Custom or Personalized Jewelry: Custom-made or personalized items, such as engraved jewelry, are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
- Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" or heavily discounted may not be eligible for refunds.
- Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are not refundable unless they are defective.
3.How to Request a Refund
